Hi GJay,
We are not sure what is causing your check in problem, but this email sets out
some of the problems you may have experienced and how to fix them. Please scroll
down to the part relevant to you. This is a very long email, but it's really
important to read right to the end.
If you still have problems after trying these steps, please reply to this email.
Firstly, we suggest you delete your temporary Internet files. You can do this by
following the instructions below:
1. Close all open browser windows (a browser is what you use to look at the
Internet, eg Explorer), except for one.
2. Go to the Tools menu, and click Internet Options
3. Click 'Delete Files...', then tick 'delete all offline content', and press OK
4. Now try loading Habbo Hotel again.
