    Default 6 Second Abs at 13?

    Can I use 6 second abs at the age of 13?
    I can kinda feel my abs but i just got fat around ma stomach and on the side of ma belly.

    If I can use em?
    How many a day shuld I do for the following?

    Front, Right Side, Left Side, Right Knee, Left Knee

    same with alot of people it doesn't take alot to get a "six pack" it's how much fat depends on if you can see it or not most of the time. if you are gonna do the supposedly "six second abs" i haven't seen or used it so i don't know, but tbh you could do them all day and still not see a six pack if you don't lose the fat around the stomach. I think you're to bothered about your body you've made loads of threads on losing weight and weight losing advice and all this stuff.

    ive used it and im 15 it doesnt really work un less u follow the diet plan as well, hasnt semed to work on me but ive started doing proper crunches instend even tho they arnt as effective as it says but ive got denfintion (sp) on my tummy now atill need to lose weight but if u want to use six second abs follow the diet plan and the dvd :eusa_danc

    Am I able to find it on the internet or does it come with it or something?

    Yes it does. a true six pack is clear definition between the abs, which doesn't happen over night - and just because some guy is emaciated and you can see his abs, doesn't mean he has a six pack.

    Most of these products have a lot of protein in, if you use them and dont follow the exercises you can easily put on alot of weight quickly. I have used protein milk shakes before and I didnt drink it unless I knew I had the energy to jog for a hour, so a quit almost instantly (after 2 shakes)
