Help - Draggable Divs

Hey everyone! I recently discovered draggable divs and was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I'm looking for a script where you can click a link, and a draggable div will pop up; you can view the draggable div here.

If you can find me a script to make my draggable div pop up, I'll give you rep. And try my best to find another reward
