Battle ballroom and the welcome lounge arn't HC only rooms.I'm not sure why it is mentioned there but allHabbos can still visit it -

oo nice room. Wish they had that on UK. I thought those sofas were remakes of the HC sofa's there. those sofas really are HCish in my eyes.
