If a permed user was banned under the wrong circumstances like a MOD making a mistake and the member needed to be unbanned, they couldn't because they're account was banned.
If that makes any sense.

Only two users I know of have been deleted, and it does mess stuff up cause you can't search for it.

You should copy all of that thread, delete it, and remake it? It doesn't look too good with a deleted account.
