HELP! plz Problem with patching!(world of warcraft)

Ok guys,
Iv spent ages downloadin the trial version coz I kept messing things up and I had to reinstall it ect.
Then when I logged into wow for the first time it said 'Downloading Update' then I had to restart to let the update be installed.
Then I ended up with a file called somthing like wow-1.12x-to-2.01-enUS-patch
Problem! How do I actualy patch the game!
It dosnt do it automaticly for some reason and when i go back into WOW it just trys to download the same patch again.

I think I have to go into the wow-1.12x-to-2.01-enUS-patch file and click the updater program but then when the dos screen comes up it says somthing like:
Program to big to fit in memory
Im stuck =S
This has taken me ages and I just cant fix it!!

Firstly are you playing on the Euro Servers of the US Ones?
Becasue there may be a error in the Patch your game is trying to download. ie the euro patch.

Otherwise Contact Blizzard and notifiy them of the problem.

Im on the us server
I found out its just because i dont have enough ram on my pc
Im gona get some more memory cards
And probably a graphics card
