i need some help with this clue scroll...

as you can see, i need a blue snail helmet, the other equipment ive got

if anyone can help me get a blue snail helmet, or lend me one for that part of the scroll please tell me, i would really appreciate it

bow
talk to shanty
but on the pointed blue snelm
put on air staff
put on bronze sq

then you should get ylur clue

Go under the roof wear shanty stands, equip bronze sq, blue snail helmet and air staff. Then jig. The guy will pop out of a cloud and you will need to bow and then talk to him. If you don't bow I don't think he'll talk.
You don't need to speak to shanty.

However I can't help you with the snail helmet

To get the blue snail helment, you can either buy one off another player, or head over to Mort Myre swamp and find the right snail. Kill it, and use a chisel on the shell it drops.
