User System

Hey, I'm in need of a user system for my site it MUST have the following features;

• Members List
• Pm System
• User groups
• Profiles
• Not use cookies
• Admin Area
• Manger Areas
• Chat room - with moderator options
• Calendar
• Tut section
• News Manager

Aswell as all the basic, also I want to be able to edit the system so I can add my own sort of DJ panel.

If some one could point me in the direction of getting a user system like this then please post.

+ rep for any good info.

And last please don't post saying learn PHP and make it your self because coding is not my thing, although any links to good tuts with just some of the things I've listed would be good and get rep to.

+rep for that, even thought I knew about it, the reason I don't use that is because I dont know how to add half of the stuff I want, the chat room is about the only thing I could do lol
