    I can get a that ring where you mining and like 23/28 are gems and where can i get it.

    i think i kinda got the jist of it...

    i think he means "where can i get a ring from that will increase my chances of mining gems"

    Oh, there isn't a ring. But by wearing an amulet of glory with charges increases the amounts of gems you get.

    Also if you really want gems do shilo village quest and you will mine for sapphire, emerald, ruby, diamond, topaz, jade and opal

    Yeah there isnt a ring, only a glory amulet. And its not very likely you'll get 23/28 gems in 1 trip even with a glory.
