Rare Value Report: MrLore

Howdy Shoppers, I have taken a week long break from chatting with mates so I have compiled a HUGE [emphasize when you read to yourself!] list of Rare values, I have spent a hell of a lot of time in Sukia (Mostly trying to buy Green Birdbaths) but I also jotted down some prices of how rares are selling; Here we Go!

Elf Green Dragon

Highest Seen: 1.5HC [5 Times]
Lowest Seen: 1HC [8 Times]

I know that it seems strange that I saw 8 green dragons selling in a week, but I should point out that I baught 5 of these in the forum, so you may want to omit those results.

Majestic Chair

Highest Seen: 2.5HC [4 Times]
Lowest Seen: 3.25HC [3 Times]

Everyone knows that the 'maj' is one of the hardest rares to sell, so It's no suprise that they go for a low price.

Crusoe's Hammock

Highest seen: 2.5HC [4 Times]
Lowest Seen: 2HC [4 Times]

Really not much to say about this, other than I hope I spelt it correctly.

Speakers Corner

Highest Seen: 0.6HC [5 Times]
Lowest Seen: 0.5HC [3 Times]

Speakes corners have never been amazingly popular, it's really only shops and trade rooms that have them, so it's not suprising to see them low.

Smoke Machine

Highest Seen: 1HC [3 Times]
Lowest seen: 0.8HC [4 Times]

After the Bonfire night boom, they are returning to normal price as 'Firework display' rooms close down.

Sea Dragon Lamp

Highest Seen: 1HC [4 Times]
Lowest Seen: 0.8HC [5 Times]

Overall the sea dragon lamp is increasing, I think this is because of the sand patch being released, which has inspired a large number of beach style rooms.

Serpent of Doom

After the numerous releases during the 'Habboween' period, It seems that the Serpent of Doom is increasing in value due to the fact that all the 'noobs' have sold theirs, so it's rare traders that have them now.

Snow patch

Highest Seen: 4HC [3 Times]
Second Highest Seen: 3.5HC [5 Times]
Lowest Seen: 3HC [3 Times]

I was going to release my rare value report earlier on today, but before I did I noticed that the snow patch was out, so I went back to Sukia for a few hours and monitorede the trades of them, I have included a second highest seen because someone announced that the snow patch had been released, so everyone knew and baught it for the petal patch price.

Fire Dragon Lamp

Highest Seen: 2HC [5 Times]
Lowest Seen: 1.8HC [3 Times]

The fire dragon has been the most rocky priced rare that I have seen, back in september it was less than 1HC, and now it's doubled, that it quite a mark up. Not a good time to buy, but a great time to sell.
