How did you buy the credits because if you buy more than 250 credits per week on Home phone/mobile you get banned (Its says so on the credits page)

Makes no sense. They porbably thought because you bought so many that you were commiting fraud. But i don't see how its fraud when you get little pixel coins. Anyway you should get it lifted

actually i have never spent 1 cent on habbo, those credits were from my brother
who got the money by selling final fantasy gold (400$ isnt much compared to how much hes making from it)
so yeh...
and i did call them, my brother talked, they told him matter was resolved and i wasnt unbanned?
yet still banned...

ive emailed 3 times and called once, 1 email said problem was corrected and the call said ban was lifted..but obviously not
