I happened to me too I quit habbo and also contact them.

FINALLY a response (probably becaue i my dad hasnt checked email in like a week)
a kind lady named Rebekah Howarth is going to 1v1 me and my father with this situation on january the 3rd. But she wants him to call at around 5am (my time)

That is silly, but i dont see why they would ban they surley can check to see if bill has been paid. But yeah 1500 creds is alot and if u havnt brought none for a while. But yeah it should be lifted, im sure someone like redtiz will see it as if she was you, she seems to be the only member of staff that can and hopefully get the ban

i also dont want to see loads of slots coz u keep pwning then to close.
