There is no point in emailing them as they never get back to you. My brother was also banned after "scamming" and they stil havn't got back to him. this was about 2 months ago. I would use the suggested 'call for help' and find out whats gone off. If you dont get a reply just try and find any phone number on the habbo homepages. Im sure there will be one. [surely]
