Haii, i have to go to the mountain town east of the fremenicks, but the guard wont let me past he says they dont let outlanders in anyone know what i have to do to get in? + rep if you help

You have to do the Mountain Daughter quest. Well, start it. Or take the path above the guard and use a rope to get down. Not sure if you can do that without starting the quest.
