Hmm get your facts right.
Firstly you wanted me perm banned (which was unfair and 8Freak8 unbanned me NOT REDUCED). I think he told you that you guys should give out less perm bans? Shows how much you want to abuse your powers.
I was cautioned for having my bluetooth name as "Ostinarso".
I want Ostinato banned like I showed above, he has broken many rules and nothing happens to him. I broke 2 rules and I got perm banned and then cautioned.

Also why do Admins caution us for breaking the rules but if they break the rules they get away with it? Ostinato should be BANNED for breaking over 20 rules!
MAD said it himself - anyone who calls someone else a "Idiot" will be banned. Ostinato called me a idiot, therefore he should be banned.

You claim in a PM? Well I think that's actually quite hilarious, considering the fact MAD and Catzsy seen every PM sent - and it was actually MAD who agreed with your permanant ban as I reffered it to him as I was unsure if it was too harsh or not.

Also, I fail to see why you say there was no ban report left, as there clearly was?

Anyway. I would appreciate if you could please stop creating scandalous, slanderous and harrasive threads about me as to be quite honest - it's starting to become a bit of a case of "online bullying".

Listen. When you were unbanned you PM'd me aplogising and I accepted that. Therefore I thought all of this was in the past but you have seemed to create numerous threads insulting me. I would appreciate if you would a stop to this and realise that it really isn't bothering me. There is 1 day left of this year, and then it's a whole fresh start. I do not wish to argue with you and I can assure you I am not going to have any differences with you over an online forum as I have much better things to do with my time. If you wish to continue this petty and childish argument over nothing, then feel free - but I hope you can think and realise how silly it really is and be the bigger man and let it slip.

I just got that infraction. I would post in the "Report Infractions" thread, but the usergroup settings mean I can only reply to my own threads (pretty stupid really).

He said don't double post within the 15 minute edit time limit, well as I am cautioned, I cant edit my posts so I dont get a "edit time limit". Either give cautioned members a 15 minute time limit or remove the damn infraction. Do you caution people so they get more infractions? Looks like you are as we can only post in our own threads, we cant edit our posts (meaning we double post and get more infractions).

Sort out your damn usergroup permissions.

As I said in that post, even if you are cautioned you still have to abide by the 15 minute rule. This is your punishment for being cautioned, and there are reasons for that being taken away, including what Nixt said about it being a privilege and its also so that you do not edit moderator edits which many users did when cautions came into effect. If you have a problem with the way I do my job feel free to contact 8Freak8, Smiddy1234, or sierk

I never replied because I had a ton of name changes to get through with as well as it being the Christmas period.

I apologise if my caution/ban towards you offended or upset you in any way as I assure you, it was in no way personal.

I accept the apology you sent me, but would aprpeciate if we could both be mature about this and move on forgetting the whole childish issue.
