If they didnt, send another one. Again, if they dont reply to that,
if you're in teh UK, call them. If you're not, CFH a mod and tell them
your situation. You should only CFH a mod for taht kind of assistance
when the hotel isnt really busy.. like past 12am UK time.Leave your name with rep, thanks
