Doesnt that make the point even stronger? aka he "used" to be a super mod, but aint now ? then again i wouldn't say i did anything wrong, yet i got fired from a managers job, not that i particularly care, back in those days we didnt get payed, and web designers actually had to do work (before mambo), so in my eyes any work i did was a favor to the site, which doesnt work well when your treated like a lowly employing - forum = community, NOT dictatorship.
(Im rambling because i spent the last 17 hours solidly programming and im still no where near done.)

And as for the second bit, yeah but it mighta been on the first page and if you saw a thread about you just a day old would you reply? :p
I'd reply if its a month old, the fact i still say it "was" sinking, doesnt change the fact id still be straight in there if i did spy one. Im not exsactly the kinda person that shys away from an agrument

If you have a problem with the way I do my job feel free to contact 8Freak8, Smiddy1234, or sierk

And this thread wasn't dying, last post was yesterday :s Plus I'm sure you made your fair share of mistakes when you were here at Habbox
I dont have a problem with the way you do your job, you guys should let us know what features are disabled when we get cautioned. I thought as we couldnt edit - the 15 minute edit rule shouldnt apply. Also shoouldnt the infraction be a warning, not a proper infraction?
The thread was at the bottom of the page, there are so many threads being made in this forum like mentor said, that even if a thread is a few hours old, it can be classed as dying.

I apologise if my caution/ban towards you offended or upset you in any way as I assure you, it was in no way personal.

I accept the apology you sent me, but would aprpeciate if we could both be mature about this and move on forgetting the whole childish issue.

    Cheers.
Np, I just thought the perm ban wasnt fair, maybe a caution :p
Anyway I have decided to be mature :p - like yesterday on MSN ;]

Erm doesn't make it stronger how I see it. I can't comment on your firing though I was surprised by it. You'll find that we do treat our staff quite well which is the main point of the thread, Saurav thinks we treat them too well :p

The infraction was a proper infraction due to multiple instances of the offense. And if there was a thread regarding you on the bottom wouldn't you reply :p

I just got that infraction. I would post in the "Report Infractions" thread, but the usergroup settings mean I can only reply to my own threads (pretty stupid really).

He said don't double post within the 15 minute edit time limit, well as I am cautioned, I cant edit my posts so I dont get a "edit time limit". Either give cautioned members a 15 minute time limit or remove the damn infraction. Do you caution people so they get more infractions? Looks like you are as we can only post in our own threads, we cant edit our posts (meaning we double post and get more infractions).

Sort out your damn usergroup permissions.
Maybe before you do it read the forum rules if you think its not fair
