I Keep Losing Connection

Like every few mins ( not that quick ) ill lose connection it will freeze a bit then completly log me out then i go to log in and i get
"Error connecting to server"
When i switch worlds it goes and says my account is logged in =-\

I just went and changed my password and it still says its logged in :S
