Can I get hacked? I need some advice..

I have just fell out with a friend and I found out that she was a hacker.
She said she'd IP Hack me? :s

Is it possable she could hack me, as she knows my email address?

I'm quite worried, and is there any other possable way people can hack you without your Habbo Pa§sword?

unless she adds you to msn or actually has contact outside of habbo No!

This is mainly because to get hold of an ip it helps to have a direct connection to their pc to find it out like skype or downloading files from that person (doesnt matter what type of file any file will do)

when she does an ip trace on your email address she will instead come up with the email hosts SERVERS ip. Thats is ALSO the reason it is impossible to get someones ip via habbo hotel.

Sereotypical hacking films show that the people hack the systems of corperate business' very easily, but that is because they are inside the network and the only way they found the network ip is that the business own their OWN servers which they traced to to find their systems.

Unless you own your own server which provides you with your email address or this person is on your skype or msn you are perfectly SAFE.

and if she is a master hacker then I highly doubt she would be playing habbo as there are many fun things to do with those skills plus alot of people lie about being hackers on habbo hotel as they want to feel "big and powerful" and want people to fear them. So she is probably lieing!

My Macafee firewall I recently brought tells me when another computer is trying to acess my pc. when another IP is trying to acess me. Then I have a choice to trace it or ban the IP. Will this stop her from getting to me? She was on my msn.

yes that would stop most things but the very talented of hackers can bypass that. Like I said if this person was that good a hacker they wouldnt be playing habbo hotel.

No trunks thats a proxy, it just connects through a different connection, Most broadband connections do not have a static IP address which means t changes every day or 3.
