I Try To As Much as i can somedays i eat over 7 and some days only 2

Nah, I normally have around 2-3 a day somedays I have more, like theres a market open some days outside my college so while im waiting around for lessons i sometimes get an apple, but not to fussed anyway 2-3 a day is enough for me
