What Program do you paste the screeni on to?
+ You should try using Swift Switch you will use it for a couple of hours and wonder how you played with out it!

Its a down load but about 70% of the people on this rs forum will tell you its safe the other 30% dont use it

Go play a different game all together for a while, take a break, then come back to playing runescape - ooor, dont bother finding another game, just leave the computer off for a while, I find that works.

Well yesterday i bught " Age of emipres III War chiefs " so i will be on that more than rune and i have medivevil Total war 2 to download on my new comp this one cant run it =[
