Stupid. They arent a phone company. Although it is a good marketing idea, because now they relized they could stick an 'i' infrong of a dog turd, and everyone would want it.

They are not a phone company but they partnered up with cingular wireless which gives out the service. Most phones are made by different companies like samsong or nokea or motorola and the service is from a different provider. The phone is really cool with the interface and the things it can do.

Technically, they shouldnt be a music distributer, they broke their deal with The Beatles. They promised never to associate the apple with music (because of their famous record-center picture), and they did

They already delt with that case and reached a compromise so that is in the past.

Apples move to music has not hurt the Beatles. The deal was more like apple wouldnt record music and like be a producer.

I think its too expensive. I don't really like apple products either, especially the ipod, seems tacky and scratches quite easily (just by looking at my friends ipods).

Very true, I had my Apple Ipod Video around 1 year ago and Ive got a full Case of it a proper hard steel kinda thing
Heres a picture of it (this is the one i got)

But still having that on it gets scratchs its full of the blimin things!
