So it just adds them auto or do they still have to accept?

Yeah, they have to accept, however they will all be on your contact list.

If you sign into MSN then go onto Contacts > Export Contacts (I think) and then log in with your new MSN and do Contacts > Import Contacts (again I think) then it will add them all. If it's not under contacts then check the other tabs cause I'm positive it's there somewhere

Go on new account

File > Import Contacts > Wait and they will all be added
