I hate it its the same thing all over the template. I agree with joe + its not that much of a habbo template just a template with a habbo bg.

@Psych.: what he did was make the template, code it and make a really good site on the same day he made the template and loads of people went on to see it, then he took a screen shot of the template, instead of just doing what normal people do what is make the template, add dummy text, and made up stats, then put a water mark on and same as .gif.

Why dont you ask CJ-Real if this template is real, because for a fact a friend of mine bught a template off of him that looked quite the same.
