Make My Account Into A "Special" Account?

Such as a Tank or type of pure or something i wanna have normal stats and be able to wear barrows but at the same time not be a normal account and be ownage :]
So any tips?

A ownage account would be 99 all combat related skills..

That is normal as it has no specialty but being ownage and normal.

but leaving def at 41 >.<
then getting it to 70 once i get 70 att/str
then getting 82 or 85 mage?

Get 85. It'll be worth while. 70 defence, 52 prayer 99 attack and strength.
