stronghold of security third floor the spiders are 60-80k xp an hour fastest "safe" f2p xp atm unless you think you can survive ice giants and warriors.

i think they are lvl 50 but they dont hit very high or often. if thats too risky your best bet is hill giants or barbarians.

drops dont really matter f2p its mostly about xp. there are really no decent drops f2p except for hill giants big bones and lesser demons rune medium helmets.
