Not really, The Human brain is designed that it will notice people things that are different to us.

For example if a normal member looks around the forum they will notice vips/staff more than normal members, etc

also in life we tend to notice people of another race more often than our own and the same with people with disabilities

Yeah I guess . If you see any staff breaking the rules, report it the same way (using the report post button). The smod can then referr it to smiddy1234.
