For thieving xp, I'd stick to farmers.
Take food, a snake charm, anti poison (maybe 2), a picklock and a weapon of some sort.

I only take lockpick/food/tele out all u need really as the poison wears off pretty fast and tis a waste keep drinking the antis i think

I would if i was on runescape, but im abit busy atm sorreh just take the carpet from al kahrid to pollivenich place, then go south a lil and take next carpet to sophaneum and go in the gate into the temple and just theive from urns and chests
