Depends what e-mail you e-mail. The ocntact form , They tend not to but Callie's Sulake or the UK Hotel Sulake one is super quick at replying.

When i had problems with my creds (they never went into my account) i emailed them and got a reply asking about the transacrion id (splashplastic) about 3 days later. the thing is i send all details in the first place... so i replyed saying it and said i already sent it.
after 7 days of sending the first email i emailed splashplastic. then they got back to me with in a fre hours saying they have contacted habbo and they will give me my credits asap. later that night i got my credits

i emailed to get my account unsafety banned 2 months ago under something else. still no reply
