Someone might of already registered that name you're trying to use. Try to use another nickname. Also make sure you've typed the channel in correctly.

If you still dont trust it, go on www.zybez.net and use their online toolkit: Tiko. It has most of swiftswitches features, including the IRC. I use it because swiftswitch doesnt like my PC
