    Default Forgotten a few things?

    Ok perhaps this may not be news but i thought this was the most suitable place to most so dont flame pls, and mods dont warn pls as i only have another chance. I just wanna point a couple of things out which should of happened a while back and that seemed to have been vaguely forgotten about..

    Safety X applicants, i remember Emma saying something about them being announced early January, they havent...
    The RARE communications website, winners havent been annnounced. Why is this?
