Its alright personally. I would use it. Most "professional" one I have made.

You said this is the 'proffesional' one so far you made, the others must of been terrible as this one is, i know what sort of layout you was trying to make, the boxes arn't equal so that will be a bad impression for your fansite.

Your welcome, but try use photoshop cs2, or fireworks im sure you can be brilliant at making them

Paint will do for now

Im not gonna make them all the time, just simple little ones for new fansites or something

No its not, i know many people who use paint to webdesign as many prefer the 'hands on' appoach as they are 100% in control.
