I only have a few weeks. Personally, if people do, let them. Why bother stopping them? Especially when they're 16 or over... I wouldn't say you need to be an adult for sex, maybe a responsible teenager? Although, if you got someone pregnant at the age of 16, there goes their chances of surviving GCSE's "/ If they can't take them.
