The banner is flash, which is the Hotel View and the car's / bus's drive along the road. - Can easy be edited ect.

Too blue for my liking, i think contrasting colours look better on some skins, its ok apart from the forum home where both colours are together, apart from that it looks like another clean skin Matt .
