    No.. It only plays Blu-Ray discs, which are a high definition format, as is HD DVD. But it doesn't play both.

    It's a little pricey. About $840 USD in total, or about $100 USD extra if you take away the VAT.

    PS3 is terrible, my friend has one and its pointless, spend your money on something good like a Wii or a 360

    Oh dear, that's a lot of money, I have like £50 so obviously I won't be able to buy it <=]. I'm going to have to eventually get it though, next year or something when the price has gone down to £300 or something.
