Strange upsetting symptoms [Sexual Nature]

Okay i'm 13 years old and all these are around my penis, scrotum and around that area;

1 - Foreskin won't pull back much when erected
2 - Lumps/bumps on scrotum and around penis
3 - Itch scrotum, REALLY itch, but only sometimes
4 - Not often, but sometimes a real burning up my penis that lasts about 3 minutes

Man this is embarrasing to say all this, but do you know whats wrong with me. And if so what should I do to cure it?

When did you start erecting? It could just be infection. Speak to your doctor.

LOL, not STD. I can't really ask my parents to go to be circumcized. I don't have any doctors to see. But thanks very much anyways!

1. it's normal for alot of people when thee foreskin doesn't go back all the way but like when you're in the bath or whatever just keep pulling it back a little bit and eventually it will become alot more loose.
2. when you say lumps and bumps is that just on the skin? if it is it's normal every boy has them i think it's where the hair is coming up?
3. i get that to occasionally i think it's probably when the hair is growing? i'd say nothing to worry about
4. could be an infection, could be nothing, if it keeps happening and really bothers you i'd go see a doctor about it.

If you are embarassed don't be. Go see a doctor as soon as possible. I had a problem with my testicles. Long story short, she had to "feel around." You'll feel better once it's over. Trust me.

Thanks everyone for your help. I will follow your advice, maybe not the doctor bit for now, unless it really bothers me after a while. The burning thing has happened for years.
Maybe its just a bit acidic, and it just comes up?
