ok i plan on submitting a room for it but im not sure how, can anyone help me out?

I believe that the staff (colmc probably) go round into random rooms. You can't submit your room for it I believe. They are looked at and chosen randomly I believe.

i thought that as well waiting for colmc but everyone kept telling me you had to submit it

I don't think you can submit your room for room of the week, you can only submit comments on a room that is already room of the week. Habbo staff find the rooms of the week I think and then put them on the home page.
