The sudden burst of adverts on habbo uk is rumoured to have been started when Habbo and matt willis where on sky news. The music indrusties are getting involved and now random companies are starting.
We might aswell get used to it.

2013 yay
How Exciting habbo want the money
No, it's nothing to do with that.
You see on Habbox.com we have adverts provided by Google? We don't choose those ads, they automatically display.
That's what it looks like Habbo UK have done, they are simply using another company, similar to Google, to display adverts on the site.
None of the companies like T-Mobile or Ultralase have actually asked Habbo to advertise them, but they are signed up to a script that Habbo are using to display adverts automatically.
The reason Habbox use GoogleAds is because it is easier for us to set up than to manually find people who want to advertise and negotiate a deal with them, then collect the money. It's a lot of work, so it's easier to use an automatic advert system.
That is much more likely why the adverts seem random, because they are random.

Would you say no to free money?
And recolours are no bad thing. Thanks to the variously coloured dragons ive made a fair few nice looking rooms (or am in the planning process)
They improve the game with every release (except stacking) and a game is made to be played as is, not to be waited on for improvements. You dont buy a console game just to wait for the sequel dont you?
