i think that the petal patch should go up 2 2.5 hc as you need alot of them in a room and they are in popular demand
thrones should go down as habbo has given away 100+ of them
the parasols should go up as people need bright things in a spring/ sumer room
the dragon should go slightly up to about 2.2-2.6 hc as it was only in the catlouge for 2 days and it is demand at furni shops
