Well this will announce two new things! Firstly, we are going to have a new competition for those of you who aren't quite the Habbo fans any more! We will have a monthly prize draw where two VIPs will be randomly chosen to recieve a number of rep points! The exact amount of rep will be sorted out ASAP! This competition will be held on or around the first of EVERY month!

Secondly, there is a new rule. Due to people copying threads and causing forum lag, VIP Rule 6 has been created. It reads as follows:

6. Do not copy threads or posts over and over, period. There should be no reason for you to copy a thread because all posts should stay between either your VIP forum or the thread dump, so there is no need to copy them. If you want a thread copied, contact a VIP manager about your special case and they will decide if its allowed. Abusing this rule could result in a ban varying from two weeks to permanant.
Anyone who has done this in the past will not be punished, anyone who does it from now on will. People who have copied and pasted threads may be asked for permission to remove them from their subforum and an administrator will take care of it. We also updated Rule 2 a little bit to clarify it. Just to make it clear, moving a thread out of your subforum into the public forums results in an automatic permanant ban. (By automatic we do not mean that a machine does it, but there will be no leniency, if you are caught the punishment will be a permanant ban.) Of course if we see that it was an honest mistake or in excruciating circumstances the administrators may not dole out that punishment.
