Well the guy hasn't had much done. But this is what is new:
1)T-shirt has a lower collar + new colour.
2)Shorts are longer and have a cool 'skater' style belt.
3)Hair is a ponytail with a bit of fringe.
The girls is more obvious so I wont put whats new (btw, the skirt has trousers under neath not tights).

I agree, the male guy does look a bit like a 'puff', but there good.
Try and do the male wid a hoody or somethin cool.
