Where should I train magic and what spell should I use most?
I have quite a bit of runes on me and im level 40.

mage training is pretty decent exp., especially the enchantment arena.
Or you could splash curse.

i'd just use curse up to 45 as it's cheap. Then camelot tele to 55.. then high alch to 101..

I'd firebolt guards or anything that drop level 2 clue scrolls so you get a chance at making your money back.

erm orges near castle wars get a rope and go in the middle bit it aint to crowded and they cant attack if you stand behind the wall
