Through spending alot of time on habbo, these are the average that items appear to trade for.

Throne : 17 Hcs
Majestic :4.7 hcs
Throne Sofa : 3.9 - 4 hcs
Petal Patch : 2.5 hcs
Green bird bath : 2.5 hcs
Grey bird bath 4.0 hcs

Also appears that tubmaster value may be rising as I see alot of people first hand trading them for paras oil lamps and occasionally hcs.
