In need of a vb skin, paying £££'s.

I'm new to VB, and I can't seem to create a skin that remotely looks good.

I'm willing to pay £10-20 for one, via paypal.

It's a runescape forum, so darkish tones are needed.
One like/similar to the one I made on the current scapescene forum (www.rashelly.com/scapescene) would be good, but not needed - i basically want one that just looks good.
