get a moped, I got one when i was 1st 16, Felt so cool having not to rely on others for lifts, insurance isnt that much.. And its cheap on fuel, I now have a 125, feels great.

tescos are good for insurance, my car is insured by them. tbh i'd wait till your 17 and start driving
