New rule about changing your name as VIP

From now on we only offer ONE name change during a period of your VIP membership. This is because it's costing us too much time to update everything when there is a name change. After your VIP membership has ended you can ask a Forum Administrator to change your forum name back to your habbo name. See also the rules for VIP members:
