I'm also on a diet, not to loose weight like I'm underweight... My diet is for healthy living and I feel So much better, I felt like crap the first month because of the Big change from Junk foods and crap like that to Healthy food Meats Veg 5 fruit a day 6-8 glasses of water Etc... But now I'm even more hyper than I was when I lived off junk food, Your body gets used to it

the best diet is eating what you want as long as it's less than 2000 cals a day then go to the gym at least 5 times a week.

It doesn't look hard, but sticking to them really is. After a while you will get chocolate cravings. You need some sort of snack in there.

If you really need help dieting, get a personal fitness trainer. Even if you only see them for an hour a week it helps
