looks like verdana to me "/

urm.. its Tahoma size 8 bold with border. If you have photoshop you can add a 1 pixel stroke.
But if you dont, you'll have to try and add a border in Paint :S

Add Text >> Look at your layer options >> The one with text Right Click >> Blending Options >> Stroke >> Click on the letters Stroke >> And you there
