I think that some people have mistakened a room alert for actually being zapped? And, thats why they haven't received their badge, unless they got the person wrong.

You have to have an alert saying ''Zapp!'' Or something like that.

I got zapped on my account 'GEOSTER'
but they did an error an put 'GEOSTAR'
I've contacted Habbo, hope they sort out this problem ^_^
