I Just noticed while on habbo home designing my private home, I got a pop-up? Is it old-new's? or is it somethink never seen before?

There is a screenie posted so you can see what kind of pop-up.

And, if your non-hc, it was probably because that's where the advert would normally be, so you can't place things there? But, i haven't seen it before.
